Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, incorrect, or not as described, we will provide a full refund or replacement and cover the return shipping cost.

Unused items returned in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a refund without a restocking fee. For assembled, used, damaged, or incomplete items, a restocking or inspection fee of up to 10% may be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Used pet products with fur, odor, stains, or other hygiene concerns are not eligible for return unless defective.
